Before you begin: download Squintly from Google Play on your Android phone and allow camera access when asked. The camera is how Squintly notices your expressions.

  1. Calibration

    Make it yours

    Squintly starts by getting to know your face. A short, guided calibration captures how your face looks when it’s relaxed and when it’s expressive, so tracking is tailored to you.

  2. Monitoring

    Start monitoring, then carry on

    Tap to start a session and go back to your day. Squintly keeps running discreetly in the background while you scroll, read, work, game, or switch between apps.

    Feel a gentle reminder
